Designed around the guest
Every project begins with the guest journey — arrival, welcome, table, departure — before a single finish is chosen. The experience leads the design rather than a fixed house look.

Hospitality Design Studio
We design hotels, restaurants and bars as complete experiences — the light, the materials, the flow from door to table. This is neutral placeholder copy you can replace with your studio's own voice.
The practice
Founded on the belief that great hospitality design is felt before it is noticed — this is placeholder text you can replace with your own story.
We are an independent hospitality design studio working across hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and spas throughout Korea and beyond. We keep the team deliberately small, so that every commission — from a twelve-seat wine bar to a two-hundred-key hotel — receives the same close attention from first concept through opening night. This paragraph is neutral placeholder copy: introduce your own studio here, when it was founded, and what you believe good hospitality should feel like.
Our method rarely changes. We begin with the guest journey — how someone arrives, waits, is seated, eats and leaves — and design every touchpoint around it, from the threshold and the lighting to the weight of the cutlery and the acoustics of a full room. Interior architecture, FF&E, lighting and back-of-house planning are handled together rather than handed between disciplines, because a room only works when the operation behind it works too. Replace this text with a description of how your practice actually operates.

What we do
Placeholder principles — rewrite these to describe how your studio approaches each hospitality commission and what operators can expect from working with you.
Every project begins with the guest journey — arrival, welcome, table, departure — before a single finish is chosen. The experience leads the design rather than a fixed house look.
Beautiful rooms that a kitchen and a floor team can actually run. We plan covers, service lines and back-of-house alongside the interior so the design holds up on a busy night.
From the façade and the front-of-house gesture down to the menu holder and the door pull, decisions are made deliberately and held together into a place that feels whole.
How we work
A clear four-stage process so operators always know where a project stands. Replace these descriptions and timelines with your own scope of services.
Brand positioning, guest experience and early space planning to test what the site and the budget can carry. We agree the story and the covers before committing to a direction — typically two to four weeks.
Resolving plan, materials, lighting and FF&E into a coherent scheme ready for pricing. You review the design at regular milestones and every major decision is made together.
Coordinating kitchen, MEP, acoustics and signage consultants, and preparing the drawings, schedules and specifications a fit-out contractor needs to price and build accurately.
On-site guidance and snagging through fit-out, styling and soft opening, so the finished venue matches the intent and is ready for the very first service.
Why work with us
Four placeholder reasons operators choose to work with a small, focused hospitality practice — edit them to reflect what your studio genuinely offers.
Your project is led by a principal from the first conversation to the final walk-through — never handed down to a junior team the moment the contract is signed.
Hard-wearing materials, repairable joinery and a lighter footprint are starting points, not expensive add-ons introduced late — venues take a beating, and we design for it.
Plain language, honest budgets and regular reviews. You will always understand what is being decided and why, without needing to read a construction drawing.
We stay involved through fit-out, resolving details with the contractor so the finished venue matches the intent rather than drifting during the build.

Questions
A few things operators often ask before getting in touch. Replace these answers with your own terms, fees and typical timelines.
We work across hospitality — restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels and spas — from a single small room to a full property. As a small studio we take on a limited number of projects at a time so each receives full attention. This is placeholder text you can edit.
